The STEMM Congress gives delegates the opportunity to discuss equality, diversity and inclusion strategies in politics and practice worldwide. The key theme this year is intersectionality. In addition to field reports, practical measures and local challenges are presented. More than 350 scientists, policymakers, gender equality staff, government officials and NGO representatives from around the world participate in this event.
