IDEALIST FULL PROPOSAL CHECK Horizon Europe digital topics with deadlines in October 2025 Cluster 4 Destinations 3, 4 & 6 15 September 2025
The National Contact Point for Digital and Industrial Technologies (NCP DIT) invites German applicants in Cluster 4 of Horizon Europe to participate in the Full Proposal Check organised by the IDEAL-IST NCP network. The online event will take place from 15–18 September 2025 and is aimed at applicants preparing proposals for the 2 October 2025 deadline.
The IDEAL-IST NCP network, in which NCP DIT leads a work package, offers coordinators of proposals for digitally focused calls in Cluster 4 Destinations 3, 4, and 6 the opportunity to receive feedback from experienced evaluators and National Contact Point experts before submission. The aim is to help improve proposal quality and increase the chances of success in the European Commission’s evaluation process.
Interested coordinators can register via the IDEAL-IST Full Proposal Check platform and must submit their draft proposals by 5 September 2025.

AI, Data, Robotics Forum 2025, 23 September 2025
The AI, Data and Robotics co-programmed partnership invites you to the AI, Data and Robotics Forum 2025, taking place from 23–24 September 2025 in Stavanger, Norway. The third edition of the ADR Forum will bring together industry leaders, researchers, and policy makers to address key industrial and societal challenges.
The programme features visionary keynotes, thought-provoking panels, and parallel sessions on the latest developments and pressing issues in the fields of artificial intelligence, data, and robotics. The event is organised by the AI, Data and Robotics Association (Adra) in cooperation with the European Commission and local hosts NORCE, SINTEF, and EDIH Oceanopolis, with the support of the Adra-e project.

AI in Science Conference 2025 (AIS25), 03 November 2025
The European Commission, the University of Copenhagen, and the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science invite you to the AI in Science Conference 2025 (AIS25), taking place on 3–4 November 2025 in Copenhagen.
As part of the Danish EU Council Presidency, this high-level launch event will mark the start of the European AI strategy for science. Hosted at the Bella Sky, the conference will bring together leading stakeholders from research, policy, and industry to explore the role of artificial intelligence in science and discuss future strategic developments.

European Quantum Technologies Conference 2025 (EQTC 2025), 10 November 2025
The European Quantum Technologies Conference (EQTC 2025) will bring together Europe’s quantum community in Copenhagen from 10–12 November 2025. As an official event of the Danish EU Council Presidency, the conference will unite research, industry, and policy to discuss the latest breakthroughs, applications, and strategies in quantum science and technology.
EQTC is the central forum of the European Quantum Flagship and in 2025 will take place in Copenhagen’s Øksnehallen as part of the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology. The programme includes scientific sessions, industry exhibitions, policy dialogues, and hands-on workshops. Experts from academia, industry, and government will share the latest developments, present pilot projects, and discuss regulatory initiatives such as the EU Quantum Strategy and the planned EU Quantum Act.
Key topics will cover quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum sensing, and the commercialisation of related technologies. Parallel sessions will provide opportunities to explore fundamental research, scaling strategies, and market entry models in depth. Networking formats such as matchmaking, pitch sessions, and social events will foster new partnerships within the European quantum ecosystem.
Participation is open to researchers, start-ups, established companies, investors, and policy makers.
